Wheels Coating Kit is a nano coating that forms a strong, ultra-thin and invisible layer on the metal parts of the rim. Brake dust and other dirt find it harder to stick and do not burn in. Water beads and runs off, and dirt can be wiped away with a damp cloth.
The coating suits alloy and chrome rims on cars, trailers, trucks and motorbikes. One coat lasts over two years and one 125 ml bottle covers at least 8 wheels.
Wheels Coating Kit comes as a kit with 125 ml of coating, 250 ml of Pre Cleaner and two lint-free cloths. It is made for rims, not tyres.

Directions for use
- Clean the rims with Pre Cleaner to remove brake dust and grease and let them dry. The temperature should be 5 to 35 °C and the rims cold.
- Shake the bottle well, spray on and wipe in with a lint-free cloth, one small area at a time. Use a cotton bud around the wheel nuts.
- Allow about 8 to 12 ml per rim. Leave to cure for 30 to 60 minutes and buff off the residue. Best performance is reached after 24 hours.
Good to know
- Test on a small area before you coat the whole rim.
- Clean coated rims with water and a soft, damp cloth. Use a mild, pH-neutral cleaner on stubborn marks.
- In humid weather the coating takes longer to cure.
- Store the bottle closed and away from light at 5 to 25 °C.

- Highly flammable. Keep away from heat and flames. No smoking.
- Wear gloves, ventilate well and avoid breathing the spray.
- Keep out of reach of children. Read the safety data sheet (SDS) before use.

Can I apply Wheels Coating Kit to hot rims?
No. Apply it only to cold rims and not in direct sun.
Does it protect the tyres too?
No, it is made for rims. It does not affect the rubber parts of the wheel but is not intended as tyre protection.
