Key features
Glass Coating Kit is a clear nano coating for glass, ceramic and porcelain, indoors and out. It forms an invisible, long-lasting layer that repels water, grease, lime scale and pollution, so dirt finds it harder to stick.
On shower glass, mirrors, tiles, basins and baths it makes cleaning easier and cuts cleaning time by up to 90%. Outdoors it suits windows, skylights, balustrades, pool fences and shopfronts. The coating is UV-stable.
The kit contains 125 ml of coating, 250 ml of Pre Cleaner and 2 applicator cloths. 100 ml of coating covers about 10 square metres.

Directions for use
- Clean the surface with Pre Cleaner. It must be clean and dry, at 5 to 35 °C and no more than 90% relative humidity.
- Shake the bottle well and shake it again every 15 to 20 minutes.
- Spray on and wipe in with a lint-free cloth in circles or figure-eights, one small area at a time, top to bottom. One coat, about 10 ml per square metre.
- After 2 to 5 minutes, buff off the haze with a microfibre cloth. If needed, remove residue with Pre Cleaner.
- Keep the surface dry and untouched for 30 to 60 minutes. Full performance is reached after 24 hours.
Good to know
- There is no need to mask rubber seals or metal frames. Wipe overspray off with a dry cloth.
- Do not apply a second coat. More product does not give a better result.
- Avoid applying in wind. In humid weather the coating takes longer to cure.
- If the glass has been treated with another product, clean it thoroughly with Pre Cleaner or methylated spirits first.
- Store the bottle closed and away from light at 5 to 25 °C.
Safety
- Highly flammable. Keep away from heat and flames. No smoking.
- Wear gloves, ventilate well and avoid breathing the spray.
- Keep out of reach of children. Read the safety data sheet (SDS) before use.
Questions and answers
How long does the coating last?
Up to 5 years on unweathered windows and at least 2 years on shower glass and tiles. It depends on the material, use and care. You can re-apply when the effect starts to fade.
Can I use ordinary cleaners on coated glass?
Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid paper towels, abrasive cloths and strong cleaners such as bleach.
What is in the kit?
