Key features

Anti-Rust + Corrosion is a clear, ready-to-use coating that protects metal surfaces from rust, dirt, weathering and corrosion. It is based on polysilazane nano technology, bonds to the substrate and cures at room temperature in atmospheric moisture.

The coating is invisible and bonds well to metal. A surface protected with it can be cleaned again and again without re-applying. The protection is UV-stable and chemical resistant and lasts about 5 years. It is then re-applied every 4 to 5 years.

This is a professional-grade product for trained applicators. It suits aluminium, zinc, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze and tin, for example on tanks, ventilation, containers and outdoor metal furniture. Apply only one coat and avoid applying too much.

  2. Open the container slowly. Wear gloves, goggles and a respirator.
  3. Apply with a microfibre applicator, flocked brush or HVLP or airless sprayer. Allow about 15 ml per square metre. One coat.
  4. Correct mistakes within about 10 minutes. Touch dry after about 1 hour and fully effective after 5 to 7 days.

Good to know

  • The coating is clear and can go on smooth painted surfaces without harming the paint.
