Key features
Metal Coating Kit is a clear nano coating for metal surfaces, especially stainless steel. It forms an invisible, long-lasting layer that repels water and helps prevent marks and dirt build-up. Fingerprints wipe off with a damp cloth without changing the look or shine.
It suits stainless steel appliances such as fridges, dishwashers and barbecues, sinks, benchtops, door handles, taps and handrails, and outdoors facades, railings and machinery. The coating cuts cleaning time by up to 90% and is UV-stable and chemical resistant.
Metal Coating Kit is made for bare or powder-coated metal. It should not be used on painted surfaces.

Directions for use
- Clean with Pre Cleaner. On powder-coated surfaces use a damp cloth only. The surface must be clean and dry, at 5 to 35 °C.
- Shake the bottle well, spray on and wipe in with a lint-free cloth in circles or figure-eights. On grained metal, wipe along the grain.
- One coat, about 10 ml per square metre. After 2 to 5 minutes, buff off the haze with a microfibre cloth.
- Keep the surface dry and untouched for about 60 minutes. Full performance is reached after 24 hours.
Good to know
- In humid weather the coating takes longer to cure.
- The coating is made for metal. Other Nanoman products are made for other surfaces.
- Store the bottle closed and away from light at 5 to 25 °C.

- Highly flammable. Keep away from heat and flames. No smoking.
- Wear gloves, ventilate well and avoid breathing the spray.
- Keep out of reach of children. Read the safety data sheet (SDS) before use.
Questions and answers
Can I use Metal Coating Kit on painted metal?
No. According to the manufacturer's instructions it is made for bare or powder-coated metal. Pre Cleaner can also discolour paint.
How long does the coating last?
About 5 years or more in ideal conditions, but 3 to 4 years on older surfaces or in windy and coastal locations. It depends on the material, use and care.
How do I clean coated metal?
Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cloths or strong cleaners such as bleach.
