Key features
Stone Sealant is a water-based product that soaks into porous mineral surfaces and protects them. It does not form a film on the surface, is colourless and transparent and does not change the look of the stone. The surface stays breathable but repels water and oil, so liquids and stains find it harder to soak in.
Stone Sealant suits natural stone such as marble, granite, limestone, sandstone and travertine, as well as brick, concrete, paving stones and terracotta, benchtops, pool surrounds and facades. It works indoors and out.
One coat is enough. Apply it by brush, roller or sprayer until the surface looks wet, then leave it to dry. The protection lasts 5–8 years.

Directions for use
- Clean and dry the surface and remove old coatings, oil, algae and mould. Drip water on the surface: if the drops bead, a sealer is already present and must be removed first.
- Stir or shake the product well and do not thin it. Test on a small, inconspicuous area to check the appearance and how well it soaks in. Work in the shade if you can.
- Apply liberally with a brush, roller, pump sprayer or HVLP sprayer until the surface looks wet. On polished stone, do not let the product pool. Wipe off the excess with a sponge and buff after about 15 minutes.
- Apply only one coat. Keep the surface dry for 24 hours. Full performance is reached after about 5 days.
- Clean later with water or a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Good to know
- Clean treated surfaces with water and a soft cloth. Strong chemical cleaners wear the protection down faster.
- Outdoors you can rinse with a pressure washer on the lowest setting, but not too often.
- In humid weather the product takes longer to cure.
- Store the container closed and away from light at 5 to 25 °C.
Safety
- Avoid breathing the spray and ventilate well.
- Keep out of reach of children. Read the safety data sheet (SDS) before use.
