Key features
Fabric Waterproofing Spray is a water-based spray that protects clothes, upholstery, carpets and other textiles from water, dirt and stains without showing on the fabric. It surrounds every fibre. The look, colour and feel of the fabric do not change and the fabric stays breathable.
Liquids such as coffee, milk and wine stay on the surface instead of soaking in, so they can be blotted away. It works indoors and out, on cotton, leather, suede, polyester, wool and silk, and on carpets, sofas, upholstered furniture, awnings, umbrellas and tents.
One coat is enough, except on carpet. It suits homes, businesses and hotels and comes in sizes from 250 ml up to 20 litres.

Directions for use
- Clean and vacuum the fabric. New clothing must be washed first and then rinsed again in water only, with no detergent or softener. The surface must be dry and free of any other coating.
- Shake the bottle well and shake it again every 15 to 20 minutes.
- Spray evenly from about 15 cm until the fabric is damp but not saturated. On leather, rub it in with a soft cloth. On furniture and clothing, brush it in with a soft-bristle brush. On carpet, apply two coats wet-on-wet with gentle agitation.
- Apply only one coat, except on carpet. Leave to dry for 24 hours before use.
- Blot spills with a paper towel or damp cloth. Do not rub or scrub the fabric.
Good to know
- Treat only the side you want to protect. There is no need to spray both sides of the fabric.
- Wash treated clothing as the care label says, at no more than 40 °C, with a little pH-neutral detergent. Avoid fabric softener and dry cleaning.
- Clothing that can be tumble dried can go in the dryer after treatment.
- Store the container closed and away from light at 3 to 30 °C.

- Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid breathing the spray.
- Keep out of reach of children. Read the safety data sheet (SDS) before use.
Questions and answers
How long does the protection last on clothing and furniture?
3 to 6 months on clothing, 1 to 2 years on carpets and furniture and 2 to 3 years on awnings and tents. It depends on the material, use and cleaning. Wash treated clothing with a mild, pH-neutral detergent.
Does Fabric Waterproofing Spray change the look or feel of the fabric?
No. It is invisible and does not change the colour, feel or breathability of the fabric. If in doubt, test on a small hidden spot first.
What should I do if something spills?
Blot the liquid straight away with a paper towel or damp cloth. Do not rub or scrub the fabric.
